Results: The Dogs and the Dog Training Club won approval.

Hearing: The Ann Arbor Dog Training Club on Territorial Road want to build an auxiliary building.  Due to Township Regulations, which the Contract Zoning consultant admits are irrelevant, the Dog Training facility has waited 16 months to reach even this point in the approval process.

"We're down this direction because we came to the Township early on and said we are a club.  This is where we are.  And Vidlya directed us to similar to a kennel.  Because  the Planning Commission had done that with the G.I. [General Industrial zoning]  This property was originally L.I. [Light Industrial]  and then go t changed when Bloom came in - it was upgraded to G.I.  So um, which is probably 25 years ago or 20 years ago.  But we followed the Township's directions all the way down.  So that's why we're here.   We're following the directions the Township has given us so that we can dot all the 'i's and cross all the 't's and make sure everything is done correctly.    We want to work with you guys.  We want to create a nice training facility that will bring in revenue for the Township."
